hi,

see the counselling generally conducts by the exam control authority of any particular exam, after the first round of counselling candidates need to report to the reporting center of the allotted exam counselling., if you accept the seat you have to pay the tuition fees. however I may help you more with details, so kindly mention which of the exam you have appeared and counselling name.
