As there is image discrepancy I changed it before correction period .As today correction period for neet 2021 is opened I found that the image discrepancy has been closed but I got confirmation page with old uploaded photos will they upload the new photo later or my application will be rejected

See if the website is showing you the correct image then you have nothing to worry about regarding your confirmation page. It will get updated. If not updated within 1 week you may contact the NEET helpdesk and compose mail with the screenshot showing that the website is showing the correct image but the confirmation page isn't showing it. But you should wait for some time and its highly probable that it will be updated with in some time.

But even the website is not showing the correct images they are showing the old photographs not the new uploaded photos
