Hi aspirant,
Do you have a particular college in mind?
Otherwise for most of the colleges the cut off for obc category is around 95% in renowned colleges and in others it may be around 90% as well.
Also keep in mind that the delhi university releases several cut off list. So it is easy to get the admission.
