being a north indian will it be difficult for me to go for Bangalore Medical College or madras medical college because of language barrier?

Dear candidate,

This is not that much important barrier to cross. The main language is English to know, in south side they prefer more English then the other languages.

More than this the biggest barrier for you is that to crack the merit for out side state college. For karnataka state there is only 15 percent seats available under all India quota, and that's the Barrier you have to cross first.
