Hi.

First of all let me clear there is nothing like being Hindu in a muslim university. Though you will face difficulty in remembering the names of professors as maximum of them will have lengthy muslim names which u would have never heard. In Fact many a times professors will thrash the local muslim students and if you are scoring good u will always be among their favourites. It is very good university for study ( you can take admission with 50% to 55% marks after clear entrance exam ) . Peons , Clerks , SOs , Guards , Professors everybody are so supporting . You can directly meet to HOD or VC without any appointment. There's hardly anything that religion has to do with being in Jamia, except the entrance exams where there are reservations. But other than that, it's chilled out.

So do not worry

And good luck.
