Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) does not offer a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) program. However, Jamia Hamdard University, also in New Delhi, offers a well-known B.Pharm program.

Jamia Hamdard University – B.Pharm Program Details:

• Duration: 4 years (8 semesters)

• Eligibility: Completion of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB), minimum 50% aggregate marks, and at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year

• Admission Process: Based on merit in the qualifying examination, may include an interview or entrance test conducted by the university

• Total Seats: 120

• Fees:

  • First Year Total Fee: Rs. 1,89,000 (includes tuition, admission, examination, library deposit, enrollment, alumni fund, and e-governance fees)

  • Subsequent Years: Approximately Rs. 1,71,000 per year

• Hostel Fees:

  • Male Students: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,30,000 per year

  • Female Students: Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 2,50,000 per year

The second merit list for Class 6 admissions at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) for the 2025-2026 session has not been released yet. Typically, the first list is announced shortly after the entrance exams, followed by the second list within a few weeks.

Since the exams are usually held in April, the second list is often expected by mid-May.
