To be eligible for 3 year LLB program, you must have a bachelor's degree from recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks. Karnataka state do not conduct any entrance exam for LLB. Admission to various colleges are done through merit basis or CLAT/SLAT / AILET score. However, some institutes conduct their own entrance exam while most of them accept CLAT score .

CLAT is conducted by NLUs on rotational basis.
