Hi dear!! Hope you are doing well!! According to me, MBA is much better than diploma in hospital management. MBA grads have a better chance of getting good salary and placements compared to them. MBA is a course which is in geeta demand in present time and almost all companies need MBA graduates to run tehir company . So, MBA has much better scope and it can be very useful in future in terms of salary.

Hands down MBA is far better option than post graduate diploma in hospitality management course but only if done from a good college.
If you will do MBA then you will have better and wide range of options and diversity of work.
Salary of an MBA graduate is also very good and with experience you will find good amount of salary hike too.Whereas if you will do PGD in hospitality management then you will mostly get jobs related to hospitality sector and opportunities are also less.
