bITS 2018 SCORE IS 259 AND KEPT IN WAITING LIST. IS THERE ANY POSSIBILTY TO GET ANY BRANCH IN ITERATION 4 OR 5

Yeah you have the better possibilities to fetch the branches possibly in Hyderabad campus of BITS based upon the last year's cuttoff . Since you are in the waiting zone then also don't worry about that you will be able to get branches like Civil / Chemical  / ETC in further iterations.

Just not iteration 4th round declared but the cutoff is reduced to 263 only. Now there is last iteration left on 31st July. Is there still chance to waite list come down to 259
