hi,

see bachelors of technology in computer science engineering is 4 years degree course, where Integrated master of technology in computer science is a 5 years degree course. now coming to the course curriculum, btech course is more elaborate compare to integrated course curriculum, since generally btech + mtech course needs 6 years where you need two years of mtech course, but in integrated program this two course is merged and only focus on core parts, where there is many optional subjects available in btech , this topics may miss in integrated course, but if you are interested in research and phd course in future, then integrated course is helpful to you.

but if job and practical work is main criteria for you than you should choose b.tech in computer science.

hope you may understand.
