Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 600 marks  you hold very good chance to get a seat in Government Medical College.

For example,

in neet 2019,   575 marks  for general category got a seat Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich under UP state quota

Hey dear, cutoff varies year to year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks found it hard to get a govt. seat. Since you have a good score of 600 marks, with this score you can easily get a govt.mbbs college in state quota as well as in all india quota too, stay tuned to the counselling.
