Hi aspirant,
Unfortunately you wouldn't be able to appear for JEE advanced 2022 examination. According to the current guidelines of National testing agency, a candidate can appear for JEE advanced in two consecutive years starting from the year in which he or she appears for the senior secondary board examinations. The conducting body doesn't take account of whether you have passed or not but it will be counted from that year only.
So you could have appeared in JEE advanced 2020 and 2021. However you can still appear for JEE main in 2022 for the final time.
Hope it helps!!
