Dear candidate, yes you can apply for NEET. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. This is basic eligibility for NEET. The decision on the upper age limit is pending, so anyone can apply in NEET. The 12th percentage required for General category is 50, 40 for OBC/SC/ST.
