Can a student with 33 marks in Mathematics, 46 in Science and 52 in English apply for courses provided in the school?

A little confused on which courses in school you are talking about. Usually if you are a student of the school, you can apply for any courses provided by the school right. Normally you just need the parents or guardians permission thats it. If you want to know anything else, do revert back.
