As per the eligibility criteria of Ishan Uday Scholarship it states that candidates need to belong to NER and should be in the first year of undergraduate course in general degree/technical or professional courses such as medical or paramedical, also the parental income shouldn't exceed beyond 4.5 lakhs per annum. the details for this year application form will be updated at the portal of UGC, hence you can stay updated at https://www.ugc.ac.in/ for more detailed information regarding this.
