can any one help me ..there was a mistake in my application DOB(year)..but the confirmational date was over...am i allowed to the exam centre..can I correct this issue??

Your information from your admission card and your information from a valid photo ID card (such as a driver's licence, PAN card, Aadhaar card, or voter ID) will be validated on the day of the exam. You won't be able to take the test since the dates of birth on your photo identity card and your admit card differ. Even if you are approved to take the exam at the time of document verification, your application may still be rejected even if you pass the exam since the information on your application and admission card may differ from the information on your provided papers.
