Hi aspirant!

Pharm D (Post-Baccalaureate)  is a Doctoral Degree course in the field of Pharmacy which is of a duration is  3 years  . Academic program lasts for a period of 2 years (Phase 1). The last year is dedicated towards internship (Phase 2). Topics such as clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical practice and pharmaceutical care are taught in this course. You can apply after completing Bpharm with minimum 50% aggregate marks from any Institution recognized by the PCI.

Most institutes follow ‘direct admission’ process to eligible candidates. However there are a few examinations also like GPAT, PGCET or other similar state wise Post Graduate Common Entrance Tests. This course prepares students to practice as pharmacist in supervised or independent environments.

Hope this helps!

Thank you!
