Hi Jovita,

Basically, there are non-Creamy Layer OBCs and Creamy Layer OBCs. Creamy Layer OBCs are the comparatively richer and more privileged members of the OBC community. these members do not get the benefit programs that are held by the government for the OBCs. Even though they belong to the OBC community, they are treated on par with the General community members and are called General OBCs.
