As you asked for list buy you haven't mentioned From which state you are or in which state you want seat
.
As Counseling haven't closed yet,i mean just 3 counseling are done and remaining 3 counselings are pending...
So,It is said that almost all  colleges are  open,
And private colleges are even open for next 2 months..
.
As you mentioned,you want seat in govt College,then see that you are scored with a high rank to get a seat in merit list.
