So basically, B-Schools admission process includes group discussions (GD), personal interviews (PI), and written ability tests (WAT). Because IIMs have abandoned GD in recent years, WAT has gained prominence. Other top MBA schools, such as IIFT, SIMB, MDI, and IMT, still require GD.
