    Hi Pramod !
    If you are outsider ,so you cannot apply even for private colleges in states under 85percentage quota .

    Earlier this was allowed , but now , outsider was not allowed even to take private medical college seat in 85percentage quota .

    No u can't apply for 85% seats in Gujrat if u are not of state
