Hello aspirant,

Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra is the authority which publishes the eligibility criteria of MH CET law 2021 for 5-year LLB admissions. The eligibility criteria for the exam is:-

Aspirants appearing in the qualifying examination which is Class 12th for 5-year LLB are eligible for appearing in the entrance test.

aspirants who have completed the 3-year diploma course are eligible for giving the MH CET law exam for 5-year LLB.

Aspirants who have completed Class 12th from the distance education system are eligible for giving the MH CET law 5-year LLB, only exception is that they have obtained the basic qualification needed.

So students who are studying in the final year of their graduation they cannot attempt the MH CET law eam 2021 for 5-year LLB.

Hope this helps,

All the Best!!
