can I able to get govt medical college in Karnataka with 400 marks..?

Hello student,

It's difficult to predict about the exact exam possibilities. It depends upon the cut-off. It changes every year. It depends upon a lot of factors like the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the exam difficulty level, the highest NEET score, whether you belong to any category or not. Cut-off changes from state to state. It also varies from all india quota seats to state quota seats.

Here, you have not mentioned the category you belong to. However, considering you as a general candidate, to get a government seat in Karnataka you need to score atleast above 450, however few colleges are available in the range of 418 , like Vydehi Institute of medical science and research, last year cutoff was 418 for government seat, to get admission in Bangalore Medical College, you should score above 550, last year cut off was 567.
