You don't have  to give any entrance for this courses.
You get admission on merit bases.
On regular bases, attentance issue will cause a problem for you.
So du sol forms are out you can go for it.

Sol simply means school of open learning.
For Sol, you need not to take any classes though you get a 1 month pcp classes and again you have choice  to attend or not. Exams are held once a year, level of exams is also moderate . So, if you want to CA or any other education with your graduation than it is a good choice.
There is no entrance and admission to all the UG courses is completely merit-based as per the marks obtained in 10+2 examination.

If you want to prepare for CA, you can take admission in DU SOL, using your 12th score. A minimum of 55% aggregate is required to take admission in BCOM Hons. There is no entrance test for UG courses for admission in DU SOL, However there is entrance test for every PG course.

 You can prepare for CA examination by taking admission in regular college as well. Actually it all depends on you and you ability.
