• The nominee should have citizenship in India.
• Nominees who achieved UG in medical from an Establishment placed in the concerned state and is resident of the state. or

• It is obligatory to obtain a Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship on or before March 31, 2022.
• The nominee must be enrolled with the State Medical Council/ Medical Council of India.
