Hi, admission is provided in IISc in bangalore through 3channels jee mains,jee advanced, kvpy. A registration form needs to be filled to take admission in IISc, Bangalore. The last date for filling up the form was 30th April, 2019. After registration process, counseling is conducted and seat is alloted according to merit of candidates in mains, advanced and kvpy. If you have not registered you have no chance.

Hello Ishita, Yes, IISc does take admission through JEE Mains. But there are a lot of students coming through JEE advanced too, so you need to score above 280 if you want to go through JEE main pathway. Last year cutoffs show that cutoff for the general was around 280. So scoring above 280 gives you an upper hand.
