these two are different fields and areas. also, after BA , msc can not be done , for that a bsc should be done first.  also for msc biotechnology , you must have done a bachelors (bsc) in biotechnology or some related subject .

so, you can not do it.

No you can't,

Biotechnology and computer science are two different fields hence you are not eligible for the above said course. For biotechnology it should be biotechnology or some related field to biotechnology.
