Hi Shanmitha, in order to participate in NEET 2nd round of counselling, you will have to participate in the first round if you have been called for . If you have been called for the 1st round but fail to appear in the first round, you will be disqualified .but incase you haven’t been called for the 1st round of counselling but you are expected to appear directly in the 2nd round of counselling, in that case you will be eligible to directly participate in the 2nd round of counselling.Hope this helps, good luck
