No, you have to appear for GATE exam to be eligible for counselling for M.tech programs .

A merit list will be released then from the University site to show the shortlisted candidates eligible for M.Tech programs .

The following documents you need to require for admission :

• GATE Admit Card
• Photo ID
• Class X and XII marksheet and certificate
• Graduation Marksheet and certificate
• Category Certificate(If required) and few more
