Dear Student, 

Yes you definitely can and should get get your name changed in aadhar card as per your SSC certificate to prevent any future loss or problem in NEET procedures, for it you need to visit your nearest aadhar seva Kendra and get your aadhar corrected it will not take much time to get it corrected.
