hello. while filling neet application form or college application form do we have to give the name which is in aadhar card or school Marksheet. because in my aadhar card it is p.shruthi. where as in school Marksheet it is Shruthi.p

It will be clearly mentioned in the NEET UG application form that you have to fill in the details such as your name, your father's name, mother's name, DOB as mentioned in your class 10th marksheet. Id proof can be anything, but the details should match with that on class 10th marksheet. Also, read the guidelines carefully before filling the form.
