My name in Jee application form is as per in aadhar card but it does not match with my name in 10 th marksheet as my 10th marksheet is my name with initial. My name in aadhar card doesn't have initial. Does it create problems in future???

As your name only differs in the initial then I don't think it should impose aby problem. The problem arises only when your main name is wrong or wrongly written as it creates identity issues.
Still I will suggest you that you should clear this thing with the exam conducting body by contacting them on the helpline numbers available on their website.
