I had given name according to my 10th marksheet while filling jee form. But my name is different in my aadhar card. Should i need to change my name in Aadhar before filing aadhar details while filling application form? Will they reject application form if the name hadn't change?

You can fill the application form for the JEE main examination with the Aadhar Card you currently have but it is strictly recommended that you should make correction to it as soon as possible. Actually at the time of document verification your Aadhar card details would be matched with the marksheet so before that you need to keep it updated. You can use your current Aadhar Card now because the Aadhaar number would remain the same but make sure to use the correct name and not what is mentioned on the document right now.
