Don't worry! If NTA provides a correction window , you can update the document during that period. Keep checking the official NEET website for updates on corrections.
If the correction window doesn’t allow document changes , your form is unlikely to be rejected just for this mistake. However, it’s best to contact NTA through their helpline or email to confirm if any action is needed.
On exam day, carry your correct Class 10 marksheet and other necessary documents for verification. Most minor document errors don’t lead to disqualification, but resolving it in the correction window is the safest option.
