Hi

Yes,
you can definitely prepare for your Neet examination along with your BSc nursing and don't worry every year a lot of a student take a partial drop ,that is they prepare for Neet while pursuing a degree course like BSc or any other course and not only prepare they  get into good Medical College as well

You can do the same , all you need to do is be honest and dedicated towards your studies and Neet preparation

To prepare well for neet follow the below mentioned tips

*Give priority to ncert:-To prepare for neet exam first of all go through ncert as at least 90-95%  questions in neet are based on the  concepts from ncert  ,  go through solved examples and unsolved questions in the ncert , in biology  study all the diagrams also , as diagram based questions are also there , so you need to master NCERT

*After finishing each chapter you should practice questions, you should practise at least 80 to 100 numericals / mcqs in Each chapter

*You can make short notes for quick revision of important concepts and formulas , keep revising your concepts at regular intervals, like once in a week or 15 days .

*Make routine or timetable :- your routine should revolve around things i.e study, revise and practice

*Solve previous year NEET  questions :-it will let you know the examination pattern, type and difficulty level of questions etc

* Once done with complete syllabus, go through NEET mock test papers , it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination

You can prepare well using our neet program  for which link is provided below

rumpa.gope2001 it might be a little difficult at the starting but with proper time management, you can easily handle. I have seen a girl, who got an mbbs seat in GMC Bhagalpur, but she wasn't satisfied, she prepared again for neet and aiims along with mbbs and then got into Aiims Delhi next year,
if she can do it with mbbs, you can definitely do it with bsc nursing , you just need to have will power
