Hello,

Yes you can persue M.sc in microbiology after your graduation in B.sc (nursing)

However eligibility for admission may differ from college to college but a minimum agregate of 50% is mostly required in colleges as to be eligible for admission.

Further you can research the eligibility of any of your desired choice of college for   M.sc in microbiology.
