Hello Aspirant,

Eligibility for PhD in Cardiology is as follows

Aspirants who qualified for their Master’s degree or postgraduation program in either DM or MD in Cardiology with a 55% score or more from an acknowledged university or college. Aspirants who possess a PG degree in Nursing or a Master’s degree in biomedical sciences with a 55% score or more from an acknowledged university are also desirable for admission. They must have obtained the mandatory alternating internship or should maintain work experience for 5 years or more as specialists in the area having a senior position. So, you are not eligible for PhD in Cardiology after doing a B.Sc and M.Sc in Cardiology.

I hope it helps. Thank you.
