can I get a PSU call if I have got a 60.5 marks in gate from mechanical stream?

No....mechanical cutoff is too high not like other branch..if you score 70+ then you have some chance to get PSU call or under 300 rank in general category...and it's also depend on the number pf vacancy available in that year GATE..


For strengthen my statement I add some facts so you can understand clearly


Other bank Gate 1st ranker:- 85 no. Approx
mechanical Gate 1 st rank :- 95+ no

Army SSB call
Other branch :- 65 % in engineering
Mechanical   :-. 75 %in engr.

Chances should be decent with this score but can you please tell what is your score out of 1000?
