It's quite difficult to make prediction   because  cut off /closing rank   keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-

*number of students that appeared in the VITEEE exam,

*toughness level of the VITEEE examination .

*Availability of seat for different branches etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend then,

With  37000 , you have good chances of getting into VIT vellore .

For example,

In 2016,  45000 rank got a seat in BioMedical Engineering  in VIT Vellore for CSE

You also  have very good chances in VIT Vellore for Production and Industrial Engg ( 50,000 closing rank for Production and Industrial Engg in 2016)
