A score of 551 would need a lot many details to decide your seat.
If you are talking of AIQ, then I am sorry to say
551 won't let you bag any seat if you belong to UR or OBC. Only a reserved category student stands a chance.
Now coming to State Quota.
Definitely yes, a score of 551 would give you a rank of nearly 20-25k.
And as far as State Counselling 2019 is concerned, seat of MBBS were offered till 33k for UR.
For reserved ones, seat would surely be available.
