can I get a seat in SdM college for BAMS, with my score 200 in NEET, Being a SC candidate

With the marks of 200 in NEET 2021 , getting a government college seat for BAMS is not at all possible also through SC category. However getting a seat in private college might be quite possible enough . So you may try to opt for SDM college for BAMS which has a good possibility.
