Hello Komal. FMS Delhi admits students on the basis of Cat score. They do not consider your academic record for initial shortlisting for interview. They consider 40% score of verbal section, 30% score of reasoning section and 30% score quant section in order to shortlist for interview.

So, with cmat, you will not be able to make it to FMS Delhi. I would suggest you to prepare hard for CAT exam this year, and make it to FMS.
