yes you can get addmission in Delhi university because the eligibility criteria for BBA programme is

• Pass 10+2 examination at least 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/OBC).

So definitely you can take addmission in Delhi university by giving it's entrance exam.

Most of the colleges under DU offers admission on the basis of merit which is your 12th board percentage.In top colleges like SRCC,Hindu,Ramjas etc the cutoff the very high almost above 97% in first round and one must have at least 95+ to be on safer side.Now apart from that some colleges also offer admission on the basis of entrance exam and for those colleges the cutoff requires to apply is usually 60% so you can apply for those colleges.
Since you have 75% you can apply for the colleges and can appear in entrance and based in entrance marks merit list is prepared.
