Dear Aspirant,
yes if you having minimum criteria according DU then u can join DU (Delhi university ) if you leave your collage after studying 1 sem but in same year you can't take admission because might be admission date shall be gone so u have to wait for next year and u have to start your course from beginning .

Yes you can get admission in du after leaving any college after 1st sem after clearing all the requirements of the admission process or the entrance exam if the course has.
