It is very difficult to predict the college but according to you,  you  got 85% in class 12. There is a minimm chance to get admission in Delhi university for B.Com According to the previous year, the  cutoff of B.Com. program  in different colleges of Delhi University such as

Aryabhatta College  94,

Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College  95,

Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College  92,

Janki Devi Memorial College 95, etc.
