Hello aspirant,
Now you already know getting IIIT-H is not an easy task. The cutoff marks to get into IIIT Hyderabad is almost above 260 marks out of 360 if you want to land onto CSE for ECE you need to score more than 230 marks. And it may vary year to year. So, to be at safer position target more than 99-99.5 percentile. According to one student's result, on 10th Jan Second shift 299 marks fetched 99.94 percentile. So to be safe, score around or between 99-99.5 percentile. This will land you to IIIT Hyderabad for sure.
