Hi,

You have chances to get the NIT'S with these marks. According to your marks, your rank will be around 50k, so hardly the cutoffs of the NIT'S drop down 50k. Or if it will drop, you can't get any good streams. But any this score you can get lower IIIT'S. In the new IIIT'S cut offs are gone down to 80k even in the special round. So wait till to last.
