You did not mention your Category. But with 160 marks you will qualify in NEET with borderline marks. Even Private Colleges fill their seats on the basis of NEET Counselling only. Then a  seat in any course with 160 marks is very difficult. If you want to study BAMS, you should study hard and wrIte NEET again in 2021.
