With 7 lakh, you can't get admission directly to any college by JoSAA. You can apply to other colleges with their entrance examination or you can appear to the JEE especially conducted by your state council.

Last option you can keep with yourself is management quota. Although it's not a good choice but it can be the only option if you're not appearing in other exams. Colleges like BIT, VIT, SRM, MIT accept admission through management quota.
