Hello, with a score of 590 in NEET 2019, its really tough to get into IMS-BHU. As per last year statistics the cut off for general category was 611 marks in NEET. So scoring 590 marks u cannot get an MBBS seat here. But with this this score you can definitely get a MBBS seat in other government medical colleges in your state.
